Our room block coordination service is completely complimentary to you. Hotels pay our commission as part of their standard group sales process — meaning you receive expert, dedicated service at no additional cost.

How far in advance should I book a room block?

We recommend beginning the room block process 12-18 months before your event for weddings, and 6-12 months for corporate events. However, we’ve successfully secured blocks with as little as 60 days’ notice — reach out and we’ll assess what’s possible.

What is an attrition clause, and how do you protect me?

An attrition clause requires you to fill a minimum percentage of your reserved rooms or pay a penalty. We negotiate these terms aggressively on your behalf, securing the most favorable attrition rates and cut-off dates in the industry.

Can you coordinate room blocks at multiple hotels?

Absolutely. For larger events, we often recommend a tiered approach — a premium hotel for the wedding party and key guests, and a more budget-friendly option for those who prefer it. We manage all properties simultaneously.
